Delivery

Goods will be dispatched using our national courier and therefore delivery times may vary and specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Occasionally we may need to await stock before your goods can be dispatched. If this is the case, it is procedure to notify you via one of the contact details you have provided us.

Deliveries are made to mainland UK only. Due to restrictions from our couriers, we do not ship to the following locations: Isle of Man, Scottish Offshore, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland.

Orders over £100.00 (ex VAT) qualify for our free delivery service.

Orders under £100.00 (ex VAT) will receive a charge based on order value.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the goods upon delivery. Damaged or missing goods must be reported by contacting us on 01480 465646 within four days of delivery. Cambridge Medical Ltd cannot accept liability for damaged or missing goods if notified any later than four days.

We ask customers to take extra care when providing details for the delivery destination. We cannot accept responsibility for delayed deliveries if the wrong information has been provided.

Returns

The return of goods can be made under the following circumstances:

  • The Goods are faulty or damaged
  • The customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the goods
  • The customer has ordered the wrong goods

If goods must be returned due to any of the circumstances listed above, the customer must notify Cambridge Medical within four days of receiving the goods and must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

Goods must be returned as sold, in original packaging and in resalable condition.

Failure to to meet the above conditions may result in returned goods being rejected.v

Customers must organize the return of unwanted items at their own expense. Damaged or faulty items will result in either a collection or the cost of returning the items being refunded. This is at the discretion of Cambridge Medical Ltd.

We regret that we cannot accept returns of a non damaged/faulty nature on the following types of product:

Items of a Sanitary nature (eg: Needles, Syringes, Continence products, Nebulizers etc)

For some items purchased we may ask the manufacturer to contact you directly to establish the nature of the fault and then depending on the fault we will either organize a repair or replacement or in some instances ask you to liaise with the manufacturer directly.

Refunds

If you have received faulty or damaged goods, a refund may be requested. However, under these circumstances we would normally arrange replacement goods. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the goods or have ordered the wrong goods by mistake, a refund will be arranged upon return of the goods. Please contact our sales team on 01480 465646.

Refunds will be received within 4 weeks after finalization. This period of time allows 10 working days for us to receive the returned goods, 3-5 working days for us to process your refund and then allows time for your bank to process the request.
